Cancun, Mexico

I travelled to Cancun, Mexico in September 1997. It was during the rainy season but neverless it was a awesome trip. It was the first time I had ever seen the ocean so turquoise and it was a sight. The clubs were wild and so were the people. It is definitely a place to PARTY! I never had more tequila in my life! : ) La Boom was a pretty fun and Senor Frogs also had a great crowd. Ialso took day excursions to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeres ( Island of the Women). Chichen Itza was unforgettable. The mayan ruins are definitely a site to see. I was only able to see part of Izla Mujeres. We took a boat ride out to the island to do some snorkeling, but it started raining and so we had to turn back. Cancun is a great place to go for a pretty reasonable price. There's a lot to do and see... and it seems to be a place for everyone
